The key in resetting your Macbook password is on the Mac OS X install DVD that shipped with your Macbook.

Here is how to use it:

• Insert the DVD and start your Macbook.
• Keep the “C” key on your keyboard pressed to boot from the DVD.
• Now click through the windows untill you see the top menu where you click on “Utilities”.
• Then choose the submenu “Reset Password”.

And your Macbook will be yours again.
